About Selam-B College
ሰላም-ቢ የሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ማዕከል በሰላም ህፃናት መንደር የሰላም ቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ማዕከል ቢሾፍቱ ቅርንጫፍ ሲሆን፣ ከ1986 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ላይ የቆየ ብዙ ሙያተኞችን አሰልጥኖ የሙያ ባለቤት ያደረገ ተቋም ነው።

Selam Technical & Vocational College is the vocational education arm of Selam Children's Village — Blessing the Children Development Organization. Founded in 1986, Selam has spent over four decades building state-of-the-art training facilities, developing rigorous competency-based curricula, and graduating thousands of highly skilled technicians.
ይህ ተቋም በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ቅርንጫፉን ከፍቶ ወጣቶቻችን በ7 የሙያ ዘርፎች የአጭር ጊዜ ስልጠናዎችን ለመስጠት ዝግጅቱን አጠናቅቆ ምዝገባ ጀምሯል።
"ወጣቶችን በዓለም አቀፍና በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ተወዳዳሪ በሆኑ የተግባርና ንድፈ-ሀሳብ ስልጠናዎች በማብቃት የራሳቸውን ስራ እንዲፈጥሩና በኢንዱስትሪዎች ውስጥ ብቁ ተወዳዳሪ እንዲሆኑ ማድረግ።"
Practical Competency Mission
በ7ቱ የሙያ ዘርፎች ሰልጣኞች 80% በላይ ጊዜያቸውን በወርክሾፕ ውስጥ ከተግባር መሳሪያዎች ጋር እንዲያሳልፉ በማድረግ እውነተኛ የሙያ ባለቤት ማድረግ።

National Assessment (COC) Eligibility
ተመራቂዎቻችን በብሔራዊ የሙያ ምዘና (COC) ላይ ቀጥታ ተወዳድረው የመበቃት ብቃት የሚያገኙበት።
Certified Professional Instructors
ሁሉም አሰልጣኞቻችን በስነ-መmethodsና በCOC ደረጃ IV የተረጋገጡ ባለሙያዎች ናቸው።
